I ordered from 24 Chemist and the packaging was not great. The box was crushed, the tape was already half coming off, and I could hear things rattling around inside when I picked it up. Since this was medicine-related stuff, I expected them to be a lot more careful. I know companies always say they “care about quality” and all that polished nonsense, but the actual delivery didn’t match it at all. I probably won’t order again unless they seriously sort out their packaging.

I ordered because the website said the item was in stock, and I needed it fairly quickly. After I’d already paid, I was told it was actually out of stock and I’d have to wait. That’s frustrating. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect stock levels to be accurate before taking someone’s order. Personally, that’s a basic standard for me when shopping online, so I don’t think I’ll be using them again...

The replies were confusing. I had to ask the same thing twice, and it kind of felt like support was just sending copy-paste answers instead of actually reading what I wrote.

The site was easy enough to use!!! Everything worked fine for me, no major issues or anything... smooth overall!!

I reached out thinking I’d be waiting a while but they replied quickly and actually helped me sort things out, which was nice because I just wanted it fixed without a whole back and forth
