"Box showed up beat up"
I ordered from 24 Chemist and the packaging was not great. The box was crushed, the tape was already half coming off, and I could hear things rattling around inside when I picked it up. Since this was medicine-related stuff, I expected them to be a lot more careful. I know companies always say they “care about quality” and all that polished nonsense, but the actual delivery didn’t match it at all. I probably won’t order again unless they seriously sort out their packaging.

"Stock info wasn’t accurate"
I ordered because the website said the item was in stock, and I needed it fairly quickly. After I’d already paid, I was told it was actually out of stock and I’d have to wait. That’s frustrating. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect stock levels to be accurate before taking someone’s order. Personally, that’s a basic standard for me when shopping online, so I don’t think I’ll be using them again...

"At first, I got a bit nervous..."
At first, I got a bit nervous because my order was held up at customs for a few days. But 24chemist seemed to have all the paperwork in order, and it ended up clearing without any problems. It wasn’t the fastest delivery, but everything arrived fine in the end, so no real complaints.

My order showed up a little later than I was hoping, and the tracking didn’t update all that quickly. That said, it did arrive in good condition, so it wasn’t a huge deal in the end.

I ordered something to Germany and it took, I don’t know, almost a month to show up. The tracking barely changed the whole time, and whenever I contacted support they basically just told me to wait a bit longer. It did finally arrive, but the box was smashed up by then. i probably wouldn’t deal with the stress again for an international order

"Prescription check took a bit, but it worked out"
i mean, the prescription check was a little slower than I expected when I ordered from 24chemist.com, but it wasn’t a big issue. They asked me to verify it before sending the order out, which seemed normal. I did message them to check what was going on, and they replied, so that helped. Once everything was approved, the order moved along fine. Not perfect, but good enough overall, and I’d probably use them again.

"Didn’t really do the job for me"
I ordered meds from 24chemist and, they didn’t work as well as I was hoping. I took them exactly as directed, but the results felt weak and took longer than expected. I know other customers might have a better experience, and maybe it depends on the person, but for me it was disappointing.

"Payment page didn’t feel totally secure"
I was about to place an order on 24chemist.com, but when I got to the payment page, I started feeling a bit unsure. It wasn’t really clear what kind of security they use, and I didn’t see much info before being asked to enter my card details.
Maybe the site’s completely fine, but I just didn’t feel comfortable paying there. They’d probably get more trust if the checkout looked more secure and explained the payment protection better.

Got my order and, the products look genuine to me. Everything seemed fine when I checked it out... no complaints so far!
"Not as discreet as I thought it would be"
I ordered expecting the packaging to be private, but it didn’t feel discreet at all. It made me really uncomfortable because I don’t need other people knowing what I’m buying. I reached out to customer service too, but they just sent a basic reply and didn’t really help. Whoever runs this needs to rethink the packaging if they’re claiming privacy. I wouldn’t order again if discretion matters to you.

"Tracking hiccup, but they handled it well"
My order from 24chemist.com had a bit of a wobble because the tracking just wasn’t updating, and I started thinking it had gone missing. I don’t think I was being dramatic either, because when something doesn’t move for days, you naturally start wondering what’s going on.
I emailed them more to be safe than anything else, and they got back to me quicker than I expected. They looked into it, explained what had happened, and sorted the delivery issue without making it a hassle for me.
The order arrived in the end and everything was as it should be. It wasn’t a perfect start, but I’m still giving 5 stars because problems happen, and for me it’s more important how a company deals with them.

To be fair, there have been times when my order showed up really quickly, which I appreciated. But other times it’s been later than expected, so it’s not super consistent. The tracking could definitely be better too, since it doesn’t always give a clear idea of when things will actually arrive.

I ended up having to cancel my order and put in a request for a refund. I’ll be honest, I was a little worried when it didn’t show up right away, but support got back to me and kept things moving. It took a few days, but the money did come back in the end. Not the smoothest experience ever, but it was handled alright overall.
